I assist sensitive, spiritually aware souls with remote energy healing, so they feel more at ease, calmer and supported whilst they navigate their way through their ascension journey.

I am an intuitive empath, which allows me to physically feel what you are feeling whilst also being aware of what is transpiring within your energetic field.

Community Group 
Joining the Community Group Allows you to connect with like-minded souls. The aim of this group is that we all feel a part of something bigger than ourselves, a place where no matter our differences, we are loved, cherished and respected. A group where we unite as one and support each other in Love. 

Energy Healing sessions
These one hour sessions are for those that feel they need one on one assistance. These sessions assist you emotionally, physically and spiritually. 

Support packages
A 5 day support package which will grant you access to daily support and guidance as needed, including a one hour energy healing session. 

I look forward to holding space with you whilst you navigate your way to greater peace, balance and alignment.

More about myself

My awareness of my spiritual journey started in March 2019. Since my awakening, I had a rapid 6 years of learning, growing, awakening and letting go. ( A lot of letting go.) Walking through fire is the best way I know how to describe it. I had to face my insecurities, addictions, traumas and shadows, all the parts of myself I really didn’t like or accept. 

Then there was the flipside 
1)Learning how much I was loved, guided and supported in Spirit, (it was absolutely awe-inspiring, it blew me away, and it never gets old.)

2) Finding my soul family, which to be honest felt like a piece of heaven all in itself, a place I finally felt like I fitted in and belonged, a place where I felt like I was home.

3)Learning how to manage and thrive with my souls gifts. 

A paradox of a beautiful journey that allowed me to work through both my light and shadows, a journey of healing, learning, unlearning and finding a deeper aspect of the soul self. I found my voice, my strengths, my weaknesses, my truth, my self-worth, but most of all I found the real me, the me that no longer needs to carry masks to protect herself. 

Since finding this greater depth of inner peace I’ve chosen to open myself up and hold space with those that are motivated, enthusiastic and ready to work towards the same goal.

I spent a week in a long-distance energetic journey with Arjenique, and it was a deeply meaningful experience. Throughout our time together, I felt emotionally and energetically held as I moved through different layers of openness, awareness, healing, alchemizing, and transmuting what was coming up for me. I was free to speak openly about anything I needed support with, even when it was difficult to explain or didn’t fit into common or expected themes.

There were moments when I didn’t resonate with all of the information that came through, and I wasn’t always operating on an ideal schedule. Arjenique met all of that with understanding and presence. She had a clear ability to sense hesitation and resistance—especially in places where I was still in denial or layered resistances—and when that happened, she addressed it directly and with care. Our sessions took place through Facebook Messenger and FaceTime, and what came through during that week helped me bring together an important piece of my own work—something very special to me that continues to unfold. It also brought awareness to a struggle I hadn’t fully recognized/admitted to before, allowing it to surface so I could address it and shift in ways that are more supportive of my life.

What stood out most was the sense of safety I felt in our connection—even in moments of resistance or hesitation. Although Arjenique and I come from different ways of understanding and working with energy, we were still able to have open, thoughtful, and enriching conversations. The exchange of perspectives felt respectful, expansive, and genuinely beautiful.

I didn’t just feel energetically met—I felt seen, supported, and respected exactly where I was. It was an experience I value deeply and one I would recommend to anyone who feels drawn to working with her.

I was privileged to have Arjenique walk by my side for a week . I was sent a plan so to speak each day beginning with a meditation and breathing exercises. To be honest I was a bit surprised how much I grew and how much I released in just one week.
