I assist sensitive, spiritually aware souls with remote energy healing, so they feel more at ease, calmer and supported whilst they navigate their way through their ascension journey.

I am an intuitive empath and energy healer, which allows me to physically feel what you are feeling whilst also being aware of what is transpiring within your energetic field.

I hold space for those that are moving through periods of change, healing and deeper self-discovery.

My own journey has taught me that healing is not about becoming something different, but about returning to we truly are beneath the layers of conditioning, experiences and patterns we have carried.

Community Group 
Joining the Community Group Allows you to connect with like-minded souls. The aim of this group is that we all feel a part of something bigger than ourselves, a place where no matter our differences, we are loved, cherished and respected. A group where we unite as one and support each other in Love. Curious minds are encouraged, I am not a fan of creating ‘content’ for the group, so questions are welcomed, as is sharing your personal perspectives or asking for others perspectives.

Energy Healing sessions – R1 111

These one hour sessions are for those that feel they need one on one assistance. These sessions assist you emotionally, physically and spiritually. 

I work intuitively, meeting you where you are and allow the session to unfold according to what is needed in that moment. My intention is to walk alongside you, help you to reconnect with your own inner knowing, and create space for whatever is ready to be seen, released and integrated. Helping you to return to yourself, remembering your wholeness, and coming back into alignment with who you really are.

If you feel the call, I look forward to holding space with you whilst you navigate your way to greater peace, balance and alignment.

My awareness of my spiritual journey started in March 2019.

I’ve never really known how to describe myself.

I’m someone who feels deeply. I notice things other people sometimes don’t, and I can spend far too much time thinking about the meaning behind a conversation, a feeling, or a moment.

I’m curious about life and about people. I want to understand what makes us who we are, what shapes us, what we carry, and what happens when we finally start letting some of it go.

I’ve made mistakes. I’ve been hurt. I’ve hurt others. I’ve lost people, lost parts of myself, and had to find my way back more than once.

I’m not always easy to understand, and honestly, I don’t always understand myself either. I can be incredibly strong one day and incredibly sensitive the next. I can be quiet and withdrawn, but give me the right person and I can talk for hours about absolutely everything.

I value honesty, even when the truth is uncomfortable. I value depth over small talk, connection over appearances, and being able to be completely myself without having to pretend.

I love nature, meaningful conversations, laughter, beautiful little moments, and the feeling of being somewhere I can simply breathe and be.

I’m still figuring life out.

Still learning when to hold on and when to let go. Still learning to trust myself. Still learning that I don’t have to explain every part of who I am to be worthy of being understood.

I’m a work in progress — and I think I always will be.

And perhaps that’s the part of life I love most.

There is always another layer of ourselves waiting to be discovered.

I spent a week in a long-distance energetic journey with Arjenique, and it was a deeply meaningful experience. Throughout our time together, I felt emotionally and energetically held as I moved through different layers of openness, awareness, healing, alchemizing, and transmuting what was coming up for me. I was free to speak openly about anything I needed support with, even when it was difficult to explain or didn’t fit into common or expected themes.

There were moments when I didn’t resonate with all of the information that came through, and I wasn’t always operating on an ideal schedule. Arjenique met all of that with understanding and presence. Our sessions took place through Facebook Messenger and FaceTime, and what came through during that week helped me bring together an important piece of my own work—something very special to me that continues to unfold. It also brought awareness to a struggle I hadn’t fully recognized/admitted to before, allowing it to surface so I could address it and shift in ways that are more supportive of my life.

What stood out most was the sense of safety I felt in our connection—even in moments of resistance or hesitation. Although Arjenique and I come from different ways of understanding and working with energy, we were still able to have open, thoughtful, and enriching conversations. The exchange of perspectives felt respectful, expansive, and genuinely beautiful.

I didn’t just feel energetically met—I felt seen, supported, and respected exactly where I was. It was an experience I value deeply and one I would recommend to anyone who feels drawn to working with her.

I was privileged to have Arjenique walk by my side for a week . I was sent a plan so to speak each day beginning with a meditation and breathing exercises. To be honest I was a bit surprised how much I grew and how much I released in just one week.
